WAITARA DANCE RECITAL.
MISS MERYL JENNINS’ PUPILS.
St. John’s hall, Waitara, is engaged on Monday for the staging of a dance recital by Miss Meryl Jennins and pupils. After months of careful tuition, patrons will expect an excellent performance and they will not be disappointed. Dashing ballets and attractive solo dances interspersed • with several vocal and instrumental items will provide a varied programme. Miss Jennins, L.A.8., who is well known in musical circles, has allowed the orchestra, with Miss Grace Johnston, L.A.8., as pianist, to play no small part in the success of the entertainment. Supper and dancing to Martin’s orchestra will complete the evening.
