SCHOLARSHIPS ESTABLISHED. WILL OF LATE SIR HENRY ROYCE. British Wireless. Rugby, Oct. 11. By the provision of the will of the late Sir Henry Royce, the famous motor engineer, research scholarships are to be established at Manchester and London Universities to investigate the cause and cure of the common cold or the cause and cure of influenza.
