MAX UNLUCKY AGAIN
I FOOTBALLER’S BROKEN JAW. TWO BROKEN LEGS PREVIOUSLY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Blenheim. Sept. 10. During the Seddon Shield Rugby match between Nelson and Marlborough on Saturday, Don Max, the Nelson All Black, left the field through injuries. It transpires that he has a broken lower jaw. Max has had more than his .full share of bad luck on the football field, as twice previously in his career he has suffered broken legs.
