ORDER OF RECHABITES
NEW ZEALAND CONFERENCE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night The triennial conference of the Independent Order of Rechabites opened at Wellington on Saturday. Delegates from many parts of the Dominion were welcomed by Cr. W. J. Gaudin in the absence of the Mayor, Mr. T. S. A. Hislop. Among the visitors was Bro. A. J. Bennett Wellington, the oldest Rechabite in the Dominion.
Reports presented showed the ''healthy growth of the movement, particularly in the juvenile branch. It was decided to hold the next district conference at Christchurch.
