SPEED LIMIT IMPOSED
BRITISH ROAD TRAFFIC BILL. OBLIGATIONS OF PEDESTRIANS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Rec. 5.5 p.m. London, March 29. The new Road Traffic Bill introduced in the House of Commons to-day imposes a speed limit of 30 miles an hour in all towns and provides penalties on pedestrians ignoring signals.
