PRINCESS ELIZABETH. EIGHTH BIRTHDAY APPROACHES. London, March 21. Plans for the education of Prince§ s Elizabeth are being discussed owing to the approach of her eighth birthday, says the Sketch, She may be sent to “a preparatory school in 1935 or 1956, but meanwhile, with her sister, She is being taught by a Scottish governess.. she reads, writes legibly and learns small pieces of Scottish poetry and singing. An adept at dancing, the Princess essayed h few steps during a Highland dancing gathering at Brachia? last year, amusing her relatives. . Margaret Rose, although she is only three yCarS old, can hum any tune she has heard twice. Princess Elizabeth shortly will learfi to play the piano. She is mostly taught in the opeh air in the gardens Of Buckingham Palace Or oh the lawn of the Royal Lodge, Windsor. She may Cotn** plete her education at * public school.
