LIABILITY OF A HUSBAND
DENTURES SUPPLIED TO WIFE. MAGISTRATE GIVES DECISION. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Oct 20. The question whether George William Milley, director of the New Zealand Fisheries, was liable for the cost of dentures supplied to his wife, from whom he waSs separated, was decided in the Magistrate’s Court to-day, when George William Wright, Wellington denture specialist, sued him, or alternatively his wife, for £26 ss, the balance of the cost of teeth costing 30 guineas. The magistrate, Mr. E. Page, found in favour of plaintiff against the husband after weighing the lengthy evidence adduced.
