ORDERS BY GOVERNMENT POLISH NAZI COUNTERPART AIM TO EXPEL THE JEWS NEW GHETTO IN MARSHES By Telegraph-Press Assn.—Copyright Warsaw, Aug. 30. The Government has dissolved the Polish Cherry Shirts, whose badge is an arrow instead of the Nazi swastika. The Polish National Socialists have substituted the slogan “non-Slav” for “non-Aryan” in adopting Herr Hitler’s programme, but they are definitely antiSemitic, aiming at the expulsion of 3,000,000 Polish Jews into the Volhynia Marshes, where it is proposed to set up a new ghetto. Representatives of 75,000 well-organ-ised Polish Nazis held tfieir first congress at Katowice, near the German frontier, on July 15. This caused consternation among Jews throughout the country. Little attention had been paid to the formation of a Polish National Socialist party, in spite of the fact that it had been publicly declared that the party would adopt the programme of the German Nazis. The fact that it had already achieved such considerable membership came as a general surprise. A statement' of its programme shows that as well as adopting the “non-Aryan” clause of the German Nazis, it has also included a “non-Slav” clause, whereby all persons not of Slavonic origin will lose their rights in the future Polish Nazi State. A body of Storm Troopers has already been organised and decked out in a uniform consisting of a deep-red blouse, with long trousers and tie of the same colour, with black shoes. As the Swastika sign is not allowed in Poland they have adopted as their symbol a lightning flash' coupled with an arrow, the symbol being attached to the sleeves of their blouses and pinned to their ties. As with the Germans, the Polish Nazis have adopted the uplifted arm as a salute, and they have selected the cry of ‘‘Forward.” They are supported by the Conservatives, and are assumed to enjoy the sympathy of millions of Germans in Poland.
