RAID ON FISHING BOATS
WELLINGTON HARBOUR VANDALISM VALUABLE GEAR GOES OVERBOARD By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night Four Island Bay fishing boats, the Roma, Ilka, Fowler and Le Vittorio, were boarded last night and fishing gear valued at approximately £lOO was thrown overboard. Canvas buoys used in connection with deep-sea fishing were slashed open and thrown overboard. It is stated that a dinghy from one of the launches was stolen.
