DANCING AND CARDS AT PA
RAURU FOOTBALL CLUB EVENING. Tlie Rauru Football Club gave another of its “at homes” in. the .'pa '..meetinghouse on Saturday night; a good crowd being present. Euchre prizes were won by Mrs. J. Sullivan and Mr. Symonds and consolation prizes by Mrs. W. Huirua and Mr. W. Huirua. • Dancing was kept going until midnight, Moana’s orchestra playing the music and Mr. J. Davis • being master of ceremonies. Mr. and Mrs. A. Morey won the Monte Carlo- waltz prize and the pie melon competition was won by Miss E. Parkinson.
