Mrs. Wallace Bruce, who has been, visiting Miss Johnston, Durham Road, has left on her return to Wellington. Miss E. Longbottom has returned from Wellington. Mrs. Worsley, Maxwell, is visiting her sister, Mrs. Adlam, Junction Road.
Mrs. W. Browp, Durham Road, entertained the Norfolk Road basketball team at an .afternoon on Thursday. Mrs. J. Gibbs was “at home" to some friends on Monday afternoon. Miss G. Fawcett, who has been on a visit to New Plymouth, has returned. Mrs. Grant senr. has returned to New Plymouth after a visit to Mrs. lan Grant. Mrs. R. Cutfield entertained at her home on Tuesday afternoon.
Mrs. Sydney Burton, Tongaporutu, is visiting Mrs. Kaye, Durham Road. Mrs. David Baird, Sydney, is on a visit to Mrs. Durham Road.
Mrs. Mayer, Hastings, is the guest of her daughter, Mrs. W. Kaye, Durham Road.
Mrs. Albert Russell, Wellington, spent the day with Mrs. Birch-Johnston on Friday en route to Auckland.
