entertainments and general. An excellent entertainment was given at the Inglewood Parish Hall on Monday night in aid of the hall funds. The first part of the programme consisted of concert items by Mesdames ■ Torrens, Feaver and Harrington, Misses Petch, Messenger and J. Morton, Messrs. Feaver, Peacock, D. McAllister, Kohu and Smith. The second part consisted of an amusing farce , entitled “Feed the Brute,” the parts being ably acted by Misses Messenger arid Petch and Mr. Peacock. There was an appreciative audience.
