BUYS THIRD SOVIET GOODS
By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Nov. 18.
Sir John Simon, British Foreign Secretary, recently conversed with the Soviet Ambassador regarding a new Anglo-Soviet trade agreeemnt to replace the denounced agreement. Britain has a formidable bargaining power because the continuance of Soviet exports is essential to provide credits for the second Five-Year Plan. The British Ambassador is also conferring at Moscow.
