“REVIVE POINT AT END OF YEAR.”

The Federal Arbitration Court has refused an application by industrial organisations for the abolition of the Court’s order of January,, 1931, directing' a 10 per cent, reduction in award wa"C6. The Court’s refusal is based on the° ground that general abrogation at present would bo detrimental. The matter, however, could be revived at the end of the present year.
