PERFECT ORGY OF OFFENCES YOUTHS CONVERT MOTOR-CARS. TWENTY-FIVE CHARGES LAID. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin June 8. Four youths were charged to-day with the theft and conversion of cars. The police said that there were 25 charges extending over April and May and on April 27 a man named Frost was killed by a car which had been converted by some person unknown. Accused were all expert drivers and all speed fiends. The magistrate said the youths had been engaged in a perfect orgy of offences relating to motor-cars. Three of them were committed to the Borstal Institute for two years, apd the fourth was admitted to two years’ probation. .
