BRUTAL CRIME IN FRENCH TOWN.
FAILED TO DISCOVER THEIR £450.

A burglar entered a house in the village of Kervilin, strangled an octogenarian and killed his wife by plunging her head into a tub of hot water in which she was washing clothes. He then ransacked the house, but failed to find the couple’s possessions, amounting to £450. A farm worker has been arrested.
