VIVIAN’S CRICKET RECOGNISED.

Wellington, March 9. The Governor-General, Lord Bledisloe, has advised Mr. Broad, chairman of the Wellington Cricket Association, of his intention to present H. G. Vivian with a bat in recognition of his bril ia,nt display in the second Test match. Vivian is to choose his own bat.
