Oxenham took five wickets for 37 and Benstead three for 28. Queensland, having made 200 in the first innings, in the second made 251 (Hogg 47, Hansen 43). Smith took five wickets for 96 and A’Beckett two for 64. Victoria in the second innings had made 1 for no wickets when bad light stopped play. SOUTH AUSTRALIA V. N.6.W. CENTURY TO V. RICHARDSON. Ree. 11.15 p.ni. Adelaide, Dee. 21. In the Sheffield Shield competition South Australia in the- first • innings made 321 (V. Richardson 122, Tobin 47). Bettington took three for 56 and Hunt two for 38. New South Wales in the second innings made 157 for seven wickets (Love 69).
