SUBSIDY ON HEMP EXPORTS
OFFER BY UNEMPLOYMENT BOARD PROVISION FOR AUSTRALIA TRADE By Telegraph.—Press Association. Invercargill, Last Night. A subsidy of £2 a ton is payable on hemp exported to places other than Australia, the Unemployment Board has advised Mr. P. A. de la Perrelle, M.'P. On exports to Australia the board in the meantime is meeting the difference in exchange in anything exceeding £5 per cent.
