RUMOURS OF DISSENSION
BRITISH NATIONAL CABINET. CORRESPONDENT GIVES DENIAL. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 5.5 p.m. London,-Dec. 21. The Times’ Parliamentary correspondent states that an unfounded suggestion is current that Mr. Ramsay MacDonald is forming a national party. Apparently the rumour is part of a plan to break up the National Cabinet at the earliest possible moment. Mr. Neville Chamberlain is featured as the probable Conservative leader instead of-Mr.,Stan-ley Baldwin. Members of the House of Commons, however, despite the fact that there are many tyros, are showing steadiness and sobriety of judgment and are determined to support the Government as the one hope of reaching a lasting solution of the difficulties.
