MAIL PLANE EXPERIMENTS

The Morning Post’s aviation editor says that the Air Ministry is considering having an experimental high speed mail-carrying aeroplane constructed with a view to the evolution of a suitable type to carry mails to South Africa and Australia. It feels that economy must be made in other civil aviation research in order to permit work to be carried out on long-distance mailcarriers.
