Rec. 10.30 p.m. Brisbane, Aug. 4. The Mungana leases action, in which the Queensland Government is claiming £30,000 from E. G. Theodore, W. McCormack and others, has passed the ninth day. The Crown case is expected to close this week and the defence will occupy the whole of next week. The costs are estimated at £450 a day.
