HEAVY DAMAGE BY FIRE
BLAZE IN NEW SOUTH WALES.

Rec. 10.30 p.m. Sydney, Aug. 4. The third large fire at Kyogle within twelve months occurred early this morning, when the local school of arts, a picture theatre and three shops and their contents were burned. The damage is estimated at £lO,OOO.
