MAN SENTENCED AT HAMILTON.

George Edgar Pengelly for indecent language and theft of a pair of ,shoes iwas tb-day sentenced to one month’s imprisonment on each charge, the sentences to be concurrent. On a further charge of breaking and entering the Wellington Woollen Company’s premises and stealing goods valued at £75 accused was remanded to ap-- , ar at Wellington on January 25.
