STORES DEMANDING CASH
POSITION OF WHEAT GROWERS.

Leading stores at Narromine have intimated to farmers that they are not in a position to extend further credit, that all further transactions must be on a cash basis, and that present accounts must be liquidated. This will prove disastrous for wheatgrowers who, with thousands of bags available, cannot realise enough cash to meet half their liabilities.
Ruin and bankruptcy face the wheal farmers unless finality is quickly reached regarding the wheat position.
