CONCERT AND WORK EXHIBITION.

Mr. Shimmin said' .’.the' <singing. was generally, very good, especially the why. in which the difficulties of. the trio had been accomplished. Cornwall), pianoforte solo ; (Gilbert Cornwall), solo dance (Vola Watson), the Murray Song (Alona Thomson);- poi dance (Minola Simeon and girlb), Irish jig' (Margaret Struthers), instrumefital trio- (MrS. A. B; Mdcdbnald piano, Ledley Macdonald violin, arid Peg. Macdonald ’cello). ... ■ An exhibition of school work was arranged on the walls of the clissropihs. Commenting on the work shown, Mr. Shimmin referred particularly to the drawings. Some of them were outstanding, he said. He had not seen any other school work as good.
