Mr. Lees-Smith, Postmaster-General, answering a question in the' House of Commons, said that some months ago he instructed the Post" Office officials to listen-in on'wireless messages-from Russia, but they were uninteresting and innocuous so the listening was suspended. The character of the messages had now changed and once mote were being noted.
