ECONOMIC CONFERENCE
JOINT DEPUTATION PLANNED.

Wellington, Dec. 5. The Manufacturers’ Association is included in the organisations taking part in the economic conference called by the Associated Chambers of Commerce for Wednesday next. The purpose of the conference is to discuss questions of national importance with a view to arriving at an agreement which a joint deputation, representative of all the bodies concerned, could place before the Prime Minister when he returns.
