SURRENDER to police
WANGANUI SOLICITOR CHARGED.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wanga'nui, Dec. 3. A 1 well-known solicitor, Frank Fabian Wills, surendered voluntarily to the police this morning, and was charged with the theft of £470, the property of William Palmer. He was remanded till December 10, and bail of £5OO or two sureties of £l5O was allowed.
