TARIFF TRUCE CONVENTION

The tariff truce' convention had been signed by Belgium, Britain, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg. Norway, Sweden and Switzerland, said Mr. W. Graham, president of the Board of Trade,! in reply to a question in the House of Commons to-night.
