FATALITY AT SAW BENCH
MAN STRUCK BY FLY-WHEEL —7“ s p ' By Telegraph.—Press Association. Masterton, Last Night. A verdict of accidental death" while working at a saw bench was returned by the coroner, Mr. E. G. Eton, to-day at an inquest concerning the death of Donald Laing, aged 23. There were no actual eye-witnesses pf the accident, but it is-surmised that deceased in attempting to replace a belt ’ which had conic off was dragged against the fly wheel of an engine, his neck being dislocated and his skull fractured. The fatality occurred at Tinui on Wednesday.
