The Daily Herald’s lobby correspond-, ent says an agreement at the Imperial Conference will probably be reached on the basis of stabilisation of existing preferences for perhaps two or three years while the question of Imperial trade reciprocity will be further explored. In the meantime the conference will meet in Canada early next year.
