THREE AUSTRALIAN CONCERNS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Sydney, Sept. 25. Tnree electrical companies, tae Aust"dl:an General Electric Coy. Limited, Ferguson, Pailin Limited and Metropolitan Vickers (Australia) Priprietary Ltd., have decided to combine for manufacturing purposes in Australia. The new company will be known as tlie Australian Electrical Manufacturing Company, with a capital of £BOO,OOO. The effect is stated to be the pooling of w< rk and materials to eliminate unessential plants and overhead costs.
