Following th© attempt to assassinate Sir Charles Tegart, Police Commiasioner, another' tfiit-rage occurred in Calcutta last night, when a bomb was thrown at the Jorabagdn police station in the centre of the city. The bomb, which exploded in the station yard, injuring three persons, including a beggar woman, is believed to have been hurled from a passing car. Thirteen arrests have been made in Calcutta and two at Lahore in connection with the attempt on Sir Charles Tegart’s life, including Dr. Narayan Chandra Roy, a member of tlie Calcutta- corporation. Still another outrage occurred this morning at Calcutta when a bomb was thrown in a police outpost at Eden Gardens, near Government House. A constable, two coolies and. a Government servant were all seriously wound-* ed. The thrower of the bomb disappeared in .the gardens.
