Ree. 7.30 p.m. London, Aug. .9 Imperial Airways, fast Atlantic liners and American aviation companies are planning to combine to provide for the first express freight service half across the world, connecting Canada and America with India in 14 days instead of five weeks as on the ordinary routes, and costing about 15 pence per pound above the usual rates.
