ARIZONA FLOOD TRAGEDY
TWENTY BELIEVED TO BE DEAD; By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. New York, Aug. 7. A Nogales (Arizona) message states that 20 are believed to be dead in the twin cities of Nogales, located on opposite sides of the Mexican and United States border, as the result of accumulated flood waters suddenly pouring from the surrounding hills.
