While preparations to extend relief to the drought-suffering nation are proceeding under the direction of the President, reports indicate the possibility of the damage approaching the £200,009,000 mark unless rain comes soon. Tho Federal Farm Board has announced a plan to organise the local cooperative agencies in drought-stricken areas to loan farmers money for livestock feed, purposes.
