RAINFALL IN NORTH OTAGO. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Oamaru, Last Night. After the driest winter experienced in North Otago for many years heavy rain has fallen during the last 30 hours, and the indications are for a continuance. The downpour comes as a blessing to the farming community.
