MILK VAN’S WILD CAREER
OCCUPANTS ESCAPE INJURY

GTeymouth, Last Night. A milk van belonging to Gage’s North Beach Dairy was turning a street corner this morning when the steering gear failed and the vehicle ran upon the footpath, smashing a post of a shop verandah and going through an adjacent fence, but fortunately it hung half way through the fence with two wheels in the air, there being a drop oi 10 feet or more inside the fence. , The two occupants escaped without injury.
