DAMAGED STEAMER BEACHED
CONDITION OF THE NE.IIBI DDA. By Telegraph —Press Assn.— Copyright. Rec. 6.30 p.m. London, Aug. 2. A .Gibraltar message states that the steamer Nerbudda after colliding with a Spanish vessel, has been beached at Adra. She will be temporarily repaired before proceeding to Gibraltar. Numbers I and 2 holds are practically dry. Number 3 is full ot watei and 4 and 5 have H feet and six to nine feet of water. The engine room and stokehold arc full. Numbers 3, 1 and G holds are being pumped. The divers expect to complete the patch of the hull on August 7.
