HONOUR TO DEAD SOLDIERS. London, July 9. The French and British war memorials at the Dardanelles have deeply impressed the Turks, who have decided to erect two great commemorative monuments by municipal subscription after competitive designs have been submitted, says the Stamboul correspondent of the Observer.
