The United States delegation to the London naval conference was completed to-day by President Hoover with the appointment of the Secretary ,of the Navy (Mr. Adams) and Ambassadors Dawes, Dwight, W. Morrow, and Hugh Gibson. These are in addition to the Secretary of State (Mr. 11. L. Stimson), who is the head of the delegation, and Senators David Reed and Joseph Robinson. Admiral William Pratt and Rear-Admiral Jones (retired) will go as naval advisers.
