MANAGEMENT OF THE DOMAINS.' The grading of the • back streets would commence when the grader arrived next week, Mr. J. J. Rourke reported to the monthly meeting of . the Town -'oard.on Thursday. Mr. J. E. Ridge made application for 1 ’ a right-of-way to his section behind the board’s buildings from the main street. The application was granted. The board sat as the" Waver ley.and VVairoa Domain Boards. It was decided to serve notice on those lessees of the board’s sections who had not grubbed the gorse. Mr. Bourke reported that arrange-. numbs had been ‘made to check the sand drifts on the domain. • Tenders had been called for the erection of a trough and water supply f r the campers’ cows, but it was decided not to accept any tender at present. A gateway will be cut in the Domain boundary fence to give access to the creek for watering purposes.
