At the Brighton Labour conference, Mr. Henderson said that the insistent advocates of disarmament weie women, who declared that the fate of their children was in the hands of the present Government. If disarmament was no 1 - achieved during its tenure civilisatif would not have been saved. Mr. Henderson said that he really hoped to achieve was to get down to the standard of a police force.
