GOLF AT WAIWAKAIHO
THE CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS. The first qualifying round of the New Plymouth Golf Club’s 1929 championships will take place on Saturday. The first sixteen players will take part in the senior event and the second sixteen in the intermediate. These two events will be competed for by players with handicaps of between scratch and 19. The: junior event will be competed, for by the first sixteen players with handicaps of 20 and above on the qualifying list. Players will arrange their own opponents and may commence any time after 11 a.m.
