CONDITION REPORTED SERIOUS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.-—Copyright Received July 23, 5.5 p.m. Times Cable. Berlin, July 22. Herr Hermann Muller, the Chancellor, has ben stricken with sudden illness, inflammation of the bladder requiring an operation which has passed off satisfactorily. His condition is nevertheless serious. Peritonitis supervened the operation, stated late reports, and the Chancellor's condition became serious.
