NIRS. PITT-RIVERS DIVORCES
ALLEGATIONS AGAINST HUSBAND.

Mrs. Pitt-Rivers, who is a daughter of Lord Forster, formerly GovernorGeneral of Australia, to whom her husband Captain Pitt-Rivers was private secretary and A.D.C., has been granted a decree nisi and custody of the children with costs. Petitioner declared that her husband encouraged immoral ideas, particularly polygamy; he also abandoned church. She °said “our marriage has never been happy.” Petitioner also alleged that Pitt-Rivers had repeatedly committed misconduct since 1926.
