11 HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS KILLED. TRAGIC HONDURAS PICNIC. By Telegraph—Press Assn,—Copyright, Received July 16, 10.10 p.m. United Service. New York, July 10. A truck bringing high school girls from a picnic fell into a 1000 ft. abyss, killing eleven and injuring 22, at Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras. Tegucigalpa is 3400 feet above sea-level in the jnidst of mountainous country.
