FRENCH ARCHITECT’S IDEA. London, July 2. A fascinating picture of cities of the future is envisaged by M. le Corbusier, a French architect. His plans include huge skyscrapers, surrounded by parks, to. house workers, more open spaces, raised arterial roads hundreds of yards wide, and garden suburbs separated from the citv by a broad belt of country.
