The gathering continued till a late hour with reminiscences of life during the period spent at the front, F.I.THAAI MUNICH’AL THEATRE: “THE LARIAT KID.” A really good programme is to be shown at the Eltham Municipal picture theatre to-night. The feature will be Hoot Gibson in “The Lariat Kid,” a picture of the old west, with all the refreshing atmosphere of the great outdoors. “The Lariat Kid” is replete with romance. Tho dainty and charming Ann Christy appears opposite Hoot as Alary Lou, a girl who is trying to escape a marriage with a rogue that her aunt is trying to force on her. Hoot appears as a furious package of fighting fury who, singlehanded, cleaned up the notorious Hell’s Gulch. Tho picture is packed with glorious thrills, (refreshing romance and beautiful scenery. With tho good supports this programme should please tho most exacting patron.
